Practical Information for participants

Venue:
All lectures will be held in the same building of the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences. The address: Str. Traian Mosoiu No.71, Cluj-Napoca.

On-site registration and Information Desk:
The registration desk will be open on Friday June 22, from 8 a.m. and during the conference from 09:00 to 18:00.

Technical support:
All lecture rooms are equipped with projectors, laptops and screen. Please make sure that you consult the technical support in advance (an hour before your lecture).

Accommodation:
We will provide you with further information on accommodation in Cluj in due time after successful applications. The costs of your accommodation will be covered by the conference fee and other sponsors.

Arriving by Plane
How to get to conference avenue from Cluj airport:
There are convenient bus (Airport bus nr. 8 ) connections between the airport and city centre (Piata Mihai Viteazu), which depart on a regular basis (Timetable). The ticket costs 3.5 RON which is valid for two journeys.

However, an easier way to get to the center of Cluj and/or to the hotel where the guests will be accommodated is by taxi, which will cost you approximately 30 Ron, which is less than 6 Euros.

By Car:
The hotel where you will be accommodated offers free private parking.

By train:

After arriving at the Cluj-Napoca Railway Station you can take bus nr. 3 and proceed to Unicarm Market. The Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences is located nearby.

A taxi from the railway station to the Faculty will cost no more than 15 RON, less than 4 Euros.

Official invitation:
An official letter of invitation to attend the conference will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by our institution.
