Registration and fees
The payment is compulsory for all participants. The conference fee paid by participants who have had to cancel their attendance cannot be refunded.
The fee of the conference includes accommodation and meals as well as conference materials. Unfortunately, we have no available funds for covering transport. Participants are responsible for finding funding to cover transportation costs to the conference.
All successful applicants must register and make the payment of the participation fee by May 30, 2012. The payment of the fee through bank transfer is requested and considered as the final confirmation of attendance. No paper will be introduced in the program without confirmation and payment of the participant fee.

We kindly ask our colleagues who have registered as students or doctoral students to verify their current status. Only valid student ID is accepted, or a letter of statement signed and sealed from supervisor/ registrar of one’s own university. This has to be presented at the registration desk upon arrival to the conference. We look forward to your appropriate cooperation.
